When you come to Michigan, stop in East Lansing and visit the SceneMetroSpace Art Gallery. The current show (through 10/15/06) is "Sonic Landscapes" and features sound installations by Wendy Atkinson, Trevor Benoit, Benjamin Gaydos, Brad Harris, iAMiBE, Mecca Normal, Brooks Mosher, Hart Ryan Noecker, Lee Ranaldo, Tom Sheerin, Chuck Sipperley, Will Soderberg and Alex 13. This show needs to be heard to be believed and the Scene MetroSpace needs a little immortalization as the building will soon be razed thanks to the infinite wisdom of the East Lansing city planners.
